Shipping Policies

Shipping is provided for a flat rate fee of $7.00 per order and only shipped within the Continental United States. (See exceptions below)

Our products are shipped from several different locations. Items that begin with a letter and then contain numbers are shipped from Fort Worth, Texas (example: Item: H14869). Items that are strictly numeric are shipped from California (example: Item: 34201). Shipping times and policies differ between the two.

Shipping times are also based upon stock availability. When a product is out of stock, the customer will be made aware of the availability date and the product will be shipped as soon as it is available again.

Shipping is available only within the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses.

Orders are shipped via UPS or the US Postal Service (estimated time for delivery is 7-10 days), unless expedited shipping is requested.Orders requesting expedited shipping ($20.00 shipping charge) are delivered via DHL Air and the estimated time for delivery is 4-5 business days. Delivery time will also depend upon your location. Holidays will generally require 1-2 more days. Overnight or 2-Day shipping is not available.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands shipped via USPS Airmail.

The delivery service may leave package at the door if no one is at home.

The shipping receipt will show only the item ordered and the order number for reference. No prices are shown. A short message, if requested, can be included.

Delivery tracking number will be emailed to the customer when assigned so that all delivery information is available. Tracking numbers are not available if shipped via the US Postal Service.

Shipping is available only within the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses. Shipment to other countries will be considered and the customer will be required to pay all actual shipping and tax charges. Customer will be given an estimate of charges for approval before shipment is made.

Orders are shipped via Federal Express Ground or the US Postal Service and estimated time for delivery is 5-7 business days. Delivery time will depend upon your location. Holidays will generally require 1-2 more days. Expedited Shipping, which costs $20.00, is shipped via Federal Express 2-Day or US Postal Service Priority Mail. Overnight shipping is available at the customers request and the customer will be charged the actual shipping charges, delivery made by Federal Express or the US Postal Service, which ever is the most economical.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands is shipped via US Postal Service.
